In April 2025, the Director of True North Care—a registered nurse—stepped away from corporate life as a clinical manager, reaching a pivotal crossroad. Disheartened by systems that prioritised quantity over quality in patient care, she embraced a values-driven shift to realign with her authentic purpose: her “True North".
Co-founded with her daughter, who brings strength in brand design and operational support, True North Care was born from a shared vision to deliver meaningful, nurse-led healthcare.
With a background in Garrison Health, the Director brings lived insight into the unique challenges faced by veterans. This is why True North Care takes a hand-on-heart approach to veteran care—offering compassionate, tailored support for those who have served, their families and wider community.
